City Adopts Non-Motorized Master Plan

The City of Lapeer has adopted a Non-Motorized Master Plan to serve as a guide for future transportation improvements throughout the City. The plan presents a long-term vision for a walkable and bikable community through a network of non-motorized improvements along City thoroughfares and on off-road trails. The network will connect neighborhoods, commercial districts, anchor institutions and community amenities, and provides for future connection with the Southern Links and Polly Ann regional trail systems. The plan also includes development of a River Walk catalyst project along Farmer’s Creek. Click here to view plan.
