Since July 16th, 2004, the City has been able to offer its citizens the ability to view property tax and assessment information online for property within the City.

This allows residents, title companies, mortgage companies and real estate professionals the ability to view and print this information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.   Individuals are able to view tax amounts due, if taxes have been paid, ownership information, property value information and property zoning classification.   The database is updated every evening to reflect payments processed, changes in ownership and other updates.   All information available online is a public record and currently available for viewing on public computer terminals located in the lobby of City Hall.
