Anna Pierce, NASM certified Personal Trainer, is excited to be serving perople at the Community Center. She has turned her interst to physical fitness as a way to encourage others in their health journey, after having worked as an RN for 10 years.
She greatly enjoys finding the right program to build clients and motivate them to be able to do MORE physically.
Her study is also directed at working with people overcoming pain and postural issues with exercise. Anna is looking forward to helping both women and men build new habits, gain strength, endurance, and flexibility, and change their body composition for their BEST features.
