AQUACISE- Exercise without wear and tear on your body. The natural resistance of the water is an enjoyable way to get or stay in shape. Swimming skills are not necessary to share in the benefits of flexibility, muscular toning, and cardiovascular fitness.
EARLY TUFF STUFF AQUACISE- Same class as our original Tuff Stuff class but at an earlier time. Get in-get out and start your day rejuvenated!
TUFF STUFF AQUACISE- This class offers the same benefits of our regular Aquacise but at a much faster pace. You’ll leave feeling invigorated and physically fit. Swimming skills are necessary, including the ability to swim one length of the pool.
LOW IMPACT AQUACISE- A fun way to work all your joints and muscles in a stress free aquatic environment. Requires no swimming skills.
MOOVIN’ TO THE MUSIC AQUACISE- Aquacise “mooves” to the Music! Add a little pep to your workout by getting into the Music. This class will be a total body/cardio workout in the shallow end of the pool. Requires no swimming skills.
DROP-IN AQUACISE- Would you like to get in an extra class or try something new? Drop-ins are always welcome in ALL of our Aquacise classes on a space available basis. Just pay the "drop-in" fee for the class.
