As COVID-19 continus to spread across the State of Michigan;  the City of Lapeer City Hall and Department of Public works  buildings remain closed to the Public.  

We will  continue to  assist you during our normal business hours of 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. M-F through telephone calls and/or emails.

 If you need to make a payment:

• Be sure your address and current phone number is on the payment or on the envelope, if you need a receipt; indicate it with your payment & it will be mailed to the address on record.

 If you need to change a mailing address, start or stop water/sewer services:
