Lapeer Housing Commission
The Lapeer Housing Commission is a Public Housing Authority whose main objective is to provide safe, decent and affordable housing for income eligible individuals. The Lapeer Housing Commission includes Riverview Towers, which is a 60 unit, six (6) story independent living apartment complex for seniors over the age of 55 funded by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Additionally, the Lapeer Housing Commission administers a Housing Choice Voucher/Section 8 rental subsidy program funded by HUD.
