Each year, Lapeer Neighborhoods, Inc. makes a commitment to promote neighborhood enhancements to the City of Lapeer neighborhoods. This year LNI wants to provide an opportunity to reward homeowners for their efforts!

Each entry must include your
NAME, ADDRESS and PHONE NUMBER
Once received, your name will then be entered into the drawing on May 16, 2024.
*Only one entry per household
- Entry deadline is May 15, 2024 by 5pm .Property must be located within the city limits of Lapeer and up to date on property taxes and have homeowners insurance.
- Home must be zoned single-family or duplex. If tenant is entering, they must have approval from landlord.
- Businesses are not eligible.
- Provide Authorization of photo use on City of Lapeer Housing Facebook page.
Three Winners will be drawn by a Lapeer Neighborhoods, Inc. representative on:
