The Weight Fitness area is equipped with top-of-the-line commercial
equipment. Twenty-six pieces of cardiovascular
equipment are available including stationary
bicycles, crosstraining machines, stair-step
machines and rowing machines. Also featured are
twenty-three pieces of Paramount Performance
line selectorized machine weight equipment to
work on all the major muscle groups. Dumbells
ranging from 5 lbs.-70 lbs. and two benches add
to the workout potential of this area.

General Weight Fitness Information
- Weight Fitness Rules are
located in the area.
- Use of cardiovascular equipment
is limited to 30 consecutive minutes.
- Youth 16-17
yrs. may use the weight area upon checking
in at the front desk to obtain a wristband.
- A parent
permission form is required to be on file
prior to use.
- Youth 12-15 yrs. must be
directly supervised by a parent/guardian at each
exercise
station.

Need Assistance?
Our staff is trained
in the handling and programming of the weight
and fitness equipment. We would
be pleased to show you the basics of how to
turn it on, select a program, adjust a seat, change
weights, etc. Please note, however, that since
out staff has limited background and training,
it is against our policy to give advice on
exercise,
workouts, or other conditioning needs. For this expertise, contact MFT
Sports for Introduction To Exercise, Exercise Rx,
Personal Training, and more! The weight room is
staffed by an exercise specialist a limited number
of hours each week. Specific hours are posted.
MFT Sports has a vast resource of staff. This combination
of facilities and services should be able to assist
you with all your exercise need.
Top Televisions and Stereo
Tune into your workout with TV
entertainment or stereo. Bring your own radio and
headphones
(FM
frequency only), for personal broadcast of
television or stereo.
Top Track
The track is made of a specialized
rubber surface designed to reduce stress on muscles
and joints
upon impact. It is a non-competitive track
perfect for walkers and joggers (no speed
work or sprinting).
Follow the daily directional arrow. One mile
= 12.7 laps.
Top General admittance required.
The track is intended for fitness
use only.
Clean shoes required. Children 9 year and younger must
be directly supervised by a person 16 years or
older while using the track .
