IT'S FINALLY HERE!!! Come and catch on to the latest fitness craze. Fall in love with the infectious music, easy-to-follow dance moves, and body-beautifying benefits. You will do dances inspired by the traditional cumbia, salsa, samba and merengue music. Fun music with moves you can do. You'll see results without even knowing you've worked out.
Sculptiing and toning takes the Latin flavor of Zumba to the next level. Adds upper boding toning and ab sculpting to the lower body Zumba workout. If you want sleek arms, firm abs and slimmer waistline, try this class and get your sexy back! Slower pace and easy to follow move will have you ready for swimsuit season all your long. Anyone can do this class.
CARDIO INTERVAL SCULPT
Double duty interval workout giving you the calorie burning fun of step/floor cardio and the muscle priming benefits of weights, resistance bands and body bar. A total body challenge from warm-up to cool-down stretch. Your workout will never just be a workout again!
GUTS & BUTTS
Great lower body/abs class with a variety of excercises and equipment. You will do squats, regular, pulsing, one legged and weighted. You will do standing routines and classic floor work concentrating on abs and glutes. If this doesn't give you shapely legs and "sox-pack" abs nothing will.
CORE & MORE
Core rhythm (latin style dance moves to whittle your waist) stability ball, pilates & yoga all to make your core strong. Recommended to bring your own ball.
Students MUST REGISTER for this YOGA class. Students registered in class will have priority over paying drop-in participants. Group Fitness Plans can NOT be used for this class.
Learn to bend your body and mind. Gain flexibility through gentle stretching, relaxation and body awareness. Basic Hatha Yoga postures (asanas). You will go away relaxed and feeling renewed after a long day. Beginners and continuing students welcome. Limited to 18 participants must have a minimum of seven students in order to hold this class.
A cross between yoga and pilates-style exercise using the body's own resistance to create long, lean muscles. Non-impact. Sticky mat suggested.
Rev up your fat burning furnace and experience weight loss and muscle definition. You chart your own progress. See improvement and become your personal best working at your own level.
