Recreation programs, whether they are for youth or adults must be registered for in person at the City of Lapeer Community Center front desk. You may register for youth programs through the mail, if paying by check. Registration forms must be completely filled out and processed at the community center prior to the registration deadline to ensure enrollment into the program. Below attached is the registration information for programs that are currently being offered. 

**Special note when registering an ADULT TEAM** In order for a team to be officially signed up in one of our leagues they must have all of the following information turned in at the time of registration: 1) a completed team roster form with all of the team members information filled out; 2) every player must have a Player Liability form filled out; and 3) All of the money must be turned in at once including the team fee and player fees.
