Built in 2021, the Lapeer Dog Park is located in Rotary Park in downtown Lapeer. The free park is open to the public year round. The park is a little over 1 acre in size and features a brick walkway leading from the parking lot to the front gate; a doggy-and-me drinking fountain; a double-gated entry; separate small dog area (30 lb. weight limit) and all dog area (no weight limit) entrances; trash barrels; dog waste bag dispensers; benches; and a fire hydrant.
