GENERAL INFORMATION

• A completed application for Facility Rental is required in advance with full hourly payment required.  Full Facility Rentals will require a $300 deposit at the time of completing the application. The per person fee MUST be paid 30 minutes into their party.
• Rentals are negotiable and we will consider the specific group, unique accommodations, special arrangements, staffing requirements and best interest of the City of Lapeer.
• Small groups may be accommodated during “Open Use” hours.  Previous arrangements will be required.
• Private Pool Rentals must be scheduled and paid for at a minimum of two weeks before party date.
• The kitchen may be required for groups using the multipurpose rooms.
• A damage deposit, security guard and/or other considerations may be required as a condition of the rental.
• All guests are subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Community Center.

REFUNDS

All rental considerations will be subject to a $5.00 administration fee.  Deposits will be subject to the following procedure.

• Full deposit refund, minus $5.00 administration fee with a notice of one (1) month.
• Half deposit refund, minus $5.00 administration fee with a notice of two (2) weeks.
• One (1) week or less notice to be determined by time spent and employees schedules.

*A service fee of 2.8% is charged to ALL card transactions.
