Aquacise Classes

AQUACISE-  Exercise without wear and tear on your body.  The natural resistance of the water is an enjoyable way to get or stay in shape.  Swimming skills are not necessary to share in the benefits of flexibility, muscular toning, and cardiovascular fitness.

TUFF STUFF AQUACISE-  This class offers the same benefits of our regular Aquacise but at a much faster pace.  You’ll leave feeling invigorated and physically fit.  Swimming skills are necessary, including the ability to swim one length of the pool.

WATER WALKING WORKOUT-  Water exercise in moderation along with buoyancy and resistance make water walking both challenging and easy on the joints.  The resistance of the water as you push your way through gives your muscles a great workout.  Requires no swimming skills.

MOOVIN’ TO THE MUSIC AQUACISE-  Aquacise “mooves” to the Music!  Add a little pep to your workout by getting into the Music.  This class will be a total body/cardio workout in the shallow end of the pool.  Requires no swimming skills.

AQUA ZUMBA-  Bring the party to the pool!  Aqua Zumba integrates the exciting land-based Zumba formula with a traditional water-based workout.  An invigorating blend that is a safe, total body toning, cardio-conditioning class.  Great for the non-impact exerciser.  All fitness levels encouraged to participate.  No swimming skills required.

DROP-IN AQUACISE-  Would you like to get in an extra class or try something new?  Drop-ins are always welcome in ALL of our Aquacise classes on a space available basis.  Just pay for the class.  No "drop-in" fee required.
