MSHDA Housing Choice Voucher Program
Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Rental Subsidy Program: Provides rent-subsidized vouchers for use by qualified low-income individuals and families. Participating tenants pay rent based on their income and MSHDA pays the balance directly to the participating Landlord. Generally, tenants pay 30% of their adjusted monthly income towards rent plus utilities.
