Lapeer, Tuscola and Huron Counties do have open waitlists if you are currently in a homeless situation. If you are homeless, contact the Thumb Area Housing Assessment and Resource Agencies (HARA):
- The City of Lapeer does not have emergency funding for special needs. If you need additional assistance for housing, please contact the HARA lead agency for your county of residence.
