Directed by Assistant Chief Muxlow, the Support Services Division is responsible for the department's training, public education, and vehicle/equipment maintenance programs. Assistant Chief Muxlow has been with the department since 1983.
The department's training program is managed by FF Greg Deverell, who is the department's training officer. He has been with the department since 1979. Public Education efforts are managed by FF Jim Petersen, who has been with the department since 1988. Weekly vehicle/equipment inspection and maintenance tasks are assigned to two firefighters. Jeff Boots has been with the department since 2002 and Tony Sturdevant since 1998.
